How to Apply for Latest Govt Jobs in Punjab?

  • Applicants interested in the advertised positions are required to submit a duly signed application on plain paper, along with attested copies of supporting documents. These documents include a deposit slip for the application processing fee, two passport-size photographs, copies of CNIC, Domicile certificate, all educational certificates/degrees, and experience certificates. The complete application package should be sent via courier or registered mail to the Registrar's office at MNS University of Engineering & Technology, Multan.
  • A non-refundable and non-transferable processing fee of Rs. 500/- must be deposited in Account No. 12668900875503, titled as Payment Account MNS UET Multan, at Habib Bank Limited, Mumtazabad Branch, Multan. Alternatively, the fee can be paid in favor of the Treasurer, MNS-UET, Multan, through challan form, demand draft, online payment, etc. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications and process separate processing fees.
  • Incomplete applications or those lacking the processing fee slip/challan form/demand draft will not be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews, and no travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided.
  • The University reserves the right to alter the number of posts, accept or reject applications, or withdraw vacancies without providing reasons. Successful candidates will be hired on a daily wage work charge basis, initially for 85 days, in accordance with instructions issued by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab, as per the University's requirements and their satisfactory performance.
  • Applicants with foreign qualifications must attach their equivalence certificate(s) issued by the relevant authority in Pakistan. The deadline for applications is 21st August 2023, and applications received after this date, even if dispatched through courier, will not be accepted.
